I recently tried to send my daughter £50 but when I clicked on her name it was converted into Euros and sent to her dormant French account which she is unable to access as it has been years since it was used and she can't remember her phone number at that time or her sign in details. I tried to cancel it minutes after I sent it and rang PayPal . Because it wasn't for goods or services they said the could not cancel it for me and my daughter has been in contact with PayPal France who will not help her because she cannot remember her sign in details. How can I get my money either back or redirected to her proper PayPal account ??
