Please help me, if you can.

I got much money from a stranger to my account as a mistake. I didn't understand, I've never sold anything. Than she wanted back her money, paypal took back the money from my account, this is OK. But they gave back the whole price, so I paid the transaction fee and that is much money. I was innocent in this case, why should I pay the transaction fee because of someone else's mistake? And I can't speak so well English, I can't solve the problem by phone, but in e-mail, the y don't care. In the dispute there is no possibility to tell this. What can I do?

You will have to keep calling them until you get lucky to speak with a good agent and ask them to credit back the transaction fee.
