Mistake in processing payment as payment instead of friends and family

Hi  I am collecting money from a group of friends for tickets to an event that we are all going to.  I am not selling tickets.  I am just the person in charge of the group order.  One of my friends mistakenly sent the money via the “payment of goods”  instead of friends and family.  Can we fix that?

Click on the transaction and use the refund option at the bottom of that details page.

You will only lose the 30c fixed fee amount.
