Missing transaction

I have made an online purchase and completed my payment. Transaction isn't showing on my PayPal. I contacted the store and they say I haven't completed my purchase but money been taken from my bank account

Did you receive a payment notification email from PayPal when you made the purchase? Did you check out by logging into your PayPal account or checkout as a guest inputting your credit/debit card details?
