I have not received a payment since Nov 21from my eBy sales to my paypal. over $6000-yet they charged a final value fee. Impossible to get ahold of anyone IN PERSON. Be sure to check your accounts-there is definately something fishy going on.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
