Missing payments from Grailed

I connected PayPal to my Grailed account (used clothing site).  When I BUY something there, the transaction works perfectly and I see the transaction on PayPal, but when I SELL something there is no notice of it on PayPal -- I don't see an alert for funds being on hold or anything.  Where are these funds and why aren't they showing up?

Check the email address you have on there for payment and make sure there are no spelling errors.

Secondly do you have a paypal cash account to hold a balance?
