Missing payment

I received the following email from PayPal: We've moved the money for the order listed here from your pending balance to your available balance. To see the details, log in to your PayPal account and go to your History. However, I’m still not able to see the money in my account.... is there something else I need to do?

Hello @BAM34,

 

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the PayPal Community! Just to be sure, which account are you having trouble seeing the funds in, your PayPal account or bank account? If it's your PayPal account, I'd recommend simply logging out and logging back in and that should do the trick. If it's your bank account, here's how to Withdraw those funds to your bank
