Missing payment

I really hope you can help me?

I made a Payment from my PayPal account to my PREPAY TECHNOLOGIES account by mistake (PayPal doesn't work with PREPAY TECHNOLOGIES) so I cant use my money with PREPAY TECHNOLOGIES.

I have emailed PayPal many times now, but no one is answering me and not helping me.

PREPAY TECHNOLOGIES, told me that PayPal need to make a request to them to get the money back to PayPal.

I am really getting worried, because its going on too long now.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, when you send a payment to an email address that is not linked to a PayPal account, the payment will remain unclaimed and you will be able to cancel it from your account. Otherwise, the amount will be reversed back to you after 30 days. If instead, the payment is showing as 'Completed' on your PayPal account, it means that your counterpart received it and that the refund needs to come from them.
