I purchased an item online and paid with my PayPal account. The payment does not appear in ACTIVITY however, it has cleared my checking account as a PayPal purchase. I need to research this payment because the item I received is incorrect and I cannot contact the merchant. The telephone number listed on their website is disconnected and they are not responding to my emails. Please advise
