#Missing payment#help

I went to use business debit card my account is fairly new i tried taking $100 Out atm but store atm was broken and they didn't have a sign on it the atm actually charged my card $105.00 that I actually didn't receive i talked to store manager they are being nice about it but it will be 90 days or more to actually receive my $105 im out of options that was bill money and scared because going to take forever get it back what can I do please help paypal customer service not around im just sitting waiting on PayPal to refund it while everyone trying figure out what happened im asking because its lot of money to me because bills please help if you have suggestions.
