Missing payment from unemployment benefits

I should have recieved my payment from unemployment. I even confirmed all the info for direct depositing it into my account and everything else a person can try to do in order to avoid complications receiving it. Why am I running into problems? Its I flipping Gov't payment and all my info lines up so what's the hold up????? I would think it's safe to assume that if a person is receiving govt benefits that they probably had twice as many hoops to junp through than paypal requires to possess one of their accounts????
