My brother in law asked me to send him something, and pay me back via paypal. I did and he did. but the payment did not ever show up in my account. He showed me screen shots of his sending (correct emails) from the phone and then when I asked him to look into it, he showed me a screen shot where it was removed from his bank account. He's pretty ethical, so I have absolutely no doubt that he did everything properly. He's not super computer literate and since i've gone round and round in circles with the non helpful help center, (page doesn't exist stuff) I don't know how to guide him to do anything on his end if that is what has to happen.
Anyway, what is the process to sussing this out?
