Missing payment after several days..

I received a payment from customer last 12.31.2018. I saw it and it got into my balance okay. then after I checked my balance today., 01.17.2019.. the balance is 0. and no payout have been done.. but it's missing.. where did it go?? how can I recover it? 

I checked every transaction on my account, but no trace of it. Every credit is charged on my credit card, not on my paypal balance. anyone can help me?? should I call paypal?
