So I went to make a purchase online, I signed in as a guest then used my paypal to checkout but it wouldn't let me the first time I checked my account I definitely had enough so I tried again, this time it worked but when I checked to see my emails the item wasn't there (I've done this before and normally it sends straight away but its be 2 hours) so I checked paypal and it says no transactions made eventhough the money came out of my account I've tried to report the problem but you need to have a transaction to make a case but there is nothing there anyone have a clue how to solve this
