I sent a payment to my landlord using his phone contact information that was all I had to enter and it pulled up his contact right away with correct phone number but the payment was sent by PayPal to someone 2000 miles away with same name and different email different phone number I can not contact the person boone at PayPal is interested in helping me I have a very sick wife about to be evicted how do I get my money to the right person
