Missing message

I raised an issue with PayPal concerning a transaction missing from my account. They have since sent me an email saying that there is a message in my Inbox.  When I go to the Message Centre, on the website or on the app, the Inbox shows ‘one new message’ but opening the Message Centre reveals no content.  What should I do ?

Thank you for raising your concern through our community forum.

If you were using the mobile app, there are some functions that may not be available/ can be used. Our website gives you the full functionality for your account. I hope you find the message once you're logged in to the website.
