Missing invoice

we received an e-mail with a link regarding an expected invoice for us to pay.  Click the link and the invoice is nowhere to be found in my account?  Unable to get any response from PayPal.

Im having the same issue today. I still haven't been able to contact PayPal or recieve an answer on why it's happening or how to correct it.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
