Hi, I searched but didn't find the exact problem. Basically I placed an order with ASOS and chose to pay with Paypal, I received no order confirmation from them and there is nothing in my account history. The transaction was showing in Paypal as pending, but has now disappeared, this was last sunday. The amount is still missing from my bank, ASOS don't have it and it's not showing in my Paypal account anymore. Can anyone advise what I need to do next as to open a ticket in the resolution centre it is requesting the transaction which is now missing. TIA.
