I have sold a couple of items on eBay and the buyers have sent payment using Paypal. I have checked my Paypal account and no money has arrived. Looking on eBay the items are marked as sold but waiting for payment. I have checked the email address in my Paypal settings and it is correct. I have bought an item myself today and the outgoing payment went through without any problems, so its just receiving money that is the concern.
Has anybody else had the same problem? Not able to ring Paypal as the call center is closed due to C19!!
