Missing a payment

Hello, I was paid by Rakuten on November 6th. But i do not see any payment. Upon inquiry i was give a transaction ID by Rakuten. I asked paypal to help me locate it and they found the transaction but i dont see any transaction or any payment. Idk what to do now, none of them are helping me much and sending me back and forth

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
