It sounds like there might be an issue with the link between your online store and PayPal. The first thing I would check is that the PayPal email address is correct and has no typos in your payment integrations section. If this is all correct, I would try removing it and re-adding it. If you are still not seeing those transactions appear, I would get in touch with GoDaddy for technical support on their integrations process as there could be something on their side that is not enabled.
