I used my PayPal Business Debit to make a purchase one day. I recieved an email receipt of the purchase and I had plenty of money to cover the purchase. As of yesterday, my PayPal account is registering more money than I should have and checking my history, the transaction is missing, while other transactions made that day have been labeled as completed. So, what gives? And the transaction was made in person with the card.
That definitely sounds like an interesting situation. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support over the phone for account specific answers like this.
