HI everyone i hope some has some insight into this
I pre ordered some Pop Vinyl's Off Zavvi and Paid Using PayPal from my bank account it showed ad a pending transaction on my PayPal as it was a pre order and no AUTH code was given yet, I cancelled the order this month and it vanished from my account there is not a single trace of it in PayPal,
on my bankside they don't know as well it says zavvi but on my order on zavvi it says PayPal 😕 Zavvie say its been canceled and its PayPal fault my bank says it zavvi, and PayPal keep saying show us the proof or AUTH code, but there was no proof as it was pending and not gone through
so I'm now stuck and I don't know where this money has gone ?
