Hello! Yesterday I was about to set up a preapproved payment, but decided not to midway through. However, I still received an email stating that my payment was approved. I checked my preapproved payments on the site, and it says there is none, but the confirmation email says that I've been approved and was charged $15 to a VISA that isn't even connected to my account.
