In June this year I sold a few items on ebay. Despite receiving messages saying that the items had been paid for, the money did not appear in my PayPal account. Other items sold on the same day did appear in my account. I have e-mailed PayPal and sent recorded delivery letters to both the U.K and Luxenbourg address but have not received any response. What else can I do please?

Did some of them have an old email address on the auction?
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
Or go to one of the transactions that didn't appear and check the email address on that one.
