My microsoft store currency is set to USD because microsoft won't accept my card. So i tried using paypal (USD), but it does not accept it. I can use my paypal to buy other things in USD.
P.S I have enough balance in my bank account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
