Please help. I am unable to remove this fraudulent invoice on my account. I am being invoiced for service not received. merchant is using invoice to force a purchase order in there behalf. Does not reflect on Paypal account in Activity or Summary. How do I remove fraudulent Invoice of service purchase. I requested a estimate only for repair cost and shipping fees of Automotive Computer Controller.
