If I have paid with a credit card through PayPal, then paid off that credit card. But then got a refund. How can I revert that refund to my wallet instead of going back to my credit card? That way I can put the money back into my bank account.

Hi @Chettiar96,
Thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear that the funds for a refund are not able to be returned to the location of your choosing. Refunds are always returned to the payment method used for the transaction. If this results in a positive balance at your card issuer, you can contact the card issuer to determine the disbursement options.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
