What is the reason that Google would allow an app to be downloaded from their store that would use PayPal to entice people to watch hours of ads for no legitimate payout . Why isn't PayPal shutting these games down? Surely , you do not want people scammed under false pretenses using your brand . I don't get the collaboration here. Something needs to be done , not sure how to shut it down if you won't. But really why are you allowing them to use your brand?
