I have been trying to make an online payment via paypal using a pre-paid debit card but it keeps getting declined. This card has already been validated with my paypal account using the PP*XXXXCODE and deduction was successful. I have also listed it as my default card.
Why am I unable to use this card for payment? There is sufficient funds within and I am still able to make other types of transactions with it.
