I keep reviving email from sites I have signed up to saying I have money in my PayPal or confirm money,emails stating iv got money ,money was sent to you from,all with PayPal logo or some even have tracking numbers and still lots of other iv got 50 atleast i can take pictures off now..Each time I check my paypal paypal balance is is empty i have signed to these sites and I'm receiving payment verification and nothing am I doing something wrong is my PayPal not set up for that someone please help
