Making a purchase

Whenever I go to make a purchase it says I’m unable to complete because when I last used my card to buy something I didn’t have enough money on it, and now it’s saying I’m unable to complete the purchase at this time

It also tells me to update something on my card to continue but when I do so, the same thing happens
