I'm trying to send money to my friends, and I got a message that says
Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.
Why is this happening? I've used Paypal many times before and I've never had this. How can I fix this? I really want send some lucky money to my friends
As you haven't said transaction type / funding source / new or old account / countries or currencies then sorry can't help so your best bet is to contact customer services as advised.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
