HI, 

I am wondering say I had 300 on my PP balance and the item I want to purchase is 450, I go to pay on the website with one of my cards, Will the card be charged 450 or 150?

$450 will go on the card UNLESS instead you choose your PayPal balance as the main funding source with the $300 and you’ll be asked to select or add the card to use as your back up for the rest.
