I don't have a paypal card. I only have a debit card that I linked to my paypal account. If they send money to my mail via paypal, will it be transferred to my debit card?

Hi @alicmrt,
Great question!
US PayPal accounts can receive funds to a confirmed email address. If you are receiving a "goods and services" payment, you should verify your account by confirming a bank or by applying for a PayPal debit or credit product.
Eligible debits cards can be withdrawn to, but you would need to verify your account before doing so. If you have a personal account, you can apply for a PayPal Cash card, which treats your PayPal account balance like a checking account. No money needs to be transferred to the card to complete purchases and there are no fees to use your balance or make purchases! Here is a link with more information.
