Lost in Paypal

I've been trying to navigate both the Paypal app and website but still can't find where the heck "My Pre-approved Payments", or whatever it is termed for that matter, is located. Any help is highly appreciated.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
