im currently buying a item from a private person and i dont wont to send money untill i get the item.
He told me he could fix so the money is locked in the paypal- account untill i confirmed that ive recived the item. So he said, send the money to this paypal that is locked untill you confirm that you have gotten the item. When checking around on paypal i cant find this function. Sounds like im getting scammed. Anyone heard of this function to be able to lock the money in a paypal- account untill someone confirms?
