I spoke on the phone to a live agent two days ago about the error message I get when I attempt to schedule a payment on my account. I was assured the problem was recognized and was being worked on. I am still unable to schedule a payment. Whats going on?

Not sure how we would know the answer to that one, why not ask customer services again?
