I accidentally opened a Mexican paypal account but do not have a Mexican bank account. I have received US money but it won't allow me to receive it due to not linking a bank account. I want to transfer this amount to my Canadian Paypal but there seems to be no possible way unless I link an MX or US account. Any tips on how to retrieve the money?
