So when linking cards before, there were choices between credit cards and debit cards, but now there are only credit cards as the option. Can you at least reason out why debit cards are removed from the option? it's kinda misleading especially the help guide still indicate debit and credit cards together even though the latter is the only option available.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
