I'm finding that when I choose to pay via Paypal on some sites (not all), when I'm transferred to the Paypal site it tells me I need to link a card to my account even though I already have a card linked and I then need to manually enter the card details to finalise the transaction.
Do the info you enter (billing and/or shipping address, phone number, if applicable) at the merchant the same as on your PayPal account and credit card account?
