First of all I haven’t received PayPal code in my statement for over a week secondly there is a limitation on my account because of a transaction that I have already refunded but they are asking for proof that the sale was completed there is no number to talk to anyone and I’m not getting any replies to my messages. So basically they’re asking me to approve the transaction that never happened and the longer they hold my money the more refunds I have to do as I can’t afford the post items to customers
