My UK account is limited and pending address confirmation. The problem is that i am lot longer live in UK and moved to Russia. In Russia i have another PayPal account. I need to transfer my money from UK account to Russian. To unlock my UK account i need to proof my residential, and this is not possible now. What i can do? The trouble is the Pay Pal support does not reply on my questions. Thank you in advance!
You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
All you can do is contact UK customer services and see if they have a solution for you. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
