Hi I got message that I am near my limit 1700f for money in before I saw That mail I got more money in but they not show up on my account what now I should do to get them as I know that someone send them yesterday

Normally you can raise any limits by adding and verifying a bank account and card to your UK paypal account.
However if you haven't recieved funds make sure that the sender didn't make a spelling mistake when sending them to you and ask them if its marked as pending or completed on their paypal account.
