I am selling my vehicle online. I have a buyer but he is out of state and wants to use PayPal for the transaction. How can I do this transaction safely, keeping me protected and the buyer as well. I want to make sure that I get the money, and they don't try to file a dispute and someway get their money back and my vehicle. They say they will send payment to PayPal, then send a rollback to pick up the vehicle. If I get the PayPal payment then transfer it to my bank, then give him the vehicle, is there anyway he can file a dispute after that?

I EXPECT ITS THIS SCAM READ IT TO SEE..............
They encourage you to accept a 'direct' Paypal payment and may ask you to send the item internationally.
No funds or activity of the transaction shows in your Paypal account and any emails 'may' go into your junk or spam folders.
They don't quibble on cost or want to view the vehicle.
You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't because they don't actually have a Paypal account and have no intention of paying you.
It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.
The 'fake' paypal email will tell you that the buyer has paid for the item + shipping costs to have it shipped to them but you must send those shipping costs to the courier/ shipping agent via western union, moneygram or walmart etc BEFORE the funds are released to you.
They are not interested in the vehicle, they just want the western union etc funds and you will never see money in your paypal balance.
Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal NEVER expect you to use a rival money transfer service eg Moneygram or Western Union etc.
Also their is no seller protection on paypal for any type of motor vehicle or item that is collected by the buyer.
Delete any emails and ignore the scammers.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Yes I realize all that, and I know not to send it without checking my PayPal account for the funds, but say they are sincere in wanting the vehicle, if they send payment in PayPal and I transfer it to my bank, then give them them the vehicle, is there anyway they can get their payment back from me if I already transferred it to my bank?

Yes, (as I have already posted if you read through it all), you have NO seller protection for motor vehicles.
So they can do a chargeback etc and if they won Paypal would put your account into negative and limit it until you paid them back again.
