I created a label but used the wrong flat rate box and have to create a new label. If i void the old one, do i get my money back?

Of course, yes. Depending on the level of shipping service used, refunds can take anywhere from 7 to 21 days to complete. (7 for the premium services and 21 for media mail, for instance).
