I am wondering how I can pay a merchant for a return after they have sent a replacement. They are not able to invoice me and told me to keep both items and I am not doing that. Is there anyway for me to make another payment? If not I will just return the undamaged item and keep the other

You can grab their PayPal email address from the initial payment transaction details and send a separate payment via Send & Request tab of your PayPal account.

You can grab their PayPal email address from the initial payment transaction details and send a separate payment via Send & Request tab of your PayPal account.
