Keep Receiving error during checkout

Hi, every time I attempt to checkout, I get a screen saying "We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time" and in the URL it says genericerror?code=vfjbtlnbq1rjt05fukvgvvnfra%3d%3d , most likely meaning there is a generic error with the code VFJBTlNBQ1RJT05fUkVGVVNFRA however I have found no absolute solution to this and most solutions come from the sellers end, however it isn't the seller (I think) because they are large companies which sell a lot, eg CDKEYS. Any help is appreciated 🙂
