My son and I both downloaded the app, completing the process by entering our passwords to confirm our e-mail addresses. I have not set a limit in Paypal (nor do I know how to) and I have plenty of room on the debit card that I entered to send the $1,000 that I want to give him. We have tried everything we know to do, including restarting our phones, but the payment won't go through. We have double checked all of our contact info so that is not the issue.
