Item sent to me has been lost

I’ve recently bought an item of clothing off a lady who has been great with communication and sent me proof of postage. The item was bought some time ago and should have been here a while ago according to the receipt from the post office I was given. Where do we both stand with getting money back?

If it doesn't arrive then ask her for a refund.

If she says no then open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item.
